We approach remodels the same way we do new construction. With new construction, we truly get a blank slate. With a remodel, the “bones” of the home already exist, but we still apply the same principles. We work within those bones and create plans to reimagine and reinvent the existing space. There is truly nothing more rewarding than transforming an existing house into a beautiful home.
We are not a contractor you hire to simply replace cabinets and countertops. If you are going to remodel your home, you may as well do it right the first time. To be direct, if your current layout “sucks",” we are going to recommend changing it to maximize your space.
Our Process:
We meet with you and discuss your project and your goals.
We visit the home and we take extremely detailed measurements and input your entire current home into CAD. We consider existing door & window locations, plumbing, roofing, load bearing walls, electrical, etc. etc. etc.
We redesign and layout a new floor plan to maximize all of your goals and dreams. We present the floor plan options to you and decide on a final plan.
