Renovation Loan Refinance Testimonial:
“My relatives passed away and I inherited an old family home. I was going to sell the property just to get rid of it because I thought it was beyond repair. Someone introduced me to Joey, as he was building a lot of stuff around my area. Joey explained that all homes are assets, and although my inherited home was not worth much the way it was at the time, he said it could be renovated and turned into a beautiful home. He designed and planned a renovation. He put me in contact with a lending company and I was able to transform an old, run down building into a beautiful, seemingly new home. The best part, I used the equity from the property to finance the whole thing so I did not pay any money out of pocket to get it all done. I ended up moving into the home after it was done because it was so beautiful. I couldn’t be more thankful to Joey and his team.”
Renovation Loan Purchase Testimonial:
“My husband and I don’t make a lot of money. Our landlord kept increasing the rent so we knew we had to make a change. We couldn’t find any homes that were in our price range as everything was so expensive. I watch a ton of HGTV and I wanted to try and find a cheaper home that needed some work. It was so difficult trying to find a company who could do that kind of financing. Google led me to Jonathan White. We ended up finding a home that said they were only accepting cash offers. Jonathan called the realtor who was selling the home and asked if they would take a renovation loan. Thank God, we got our offer accepted! Joey helped do a renovation that was in our budget to get the home “new to us” and beautiful. This was truly the only way that my husband and I could have found a home that was within our budget. Thank you!”
